The below Basco products are eligible for credit.
Products stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. and in a sealed box, are subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge.
Products stocked at Basco in a sealed carton with an "S" on the product label will receive credit based on the List Price shown on the label times a multiplier of .30.
Custom products with a "C" on the product label or any opened carton (uninstalled product) will receive credit based on the list price shown on the label times a multiplier of .20.
Celesta doors are non cancellable, non returnable.
Bertch Vanities
All good stock is non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Any defective piece (purchased from Gray Sales, Inc.) needs to come back to Gray. Sales, Inc. within 30 days from when we receive the material from Bertch.
Bootz
Do not bring back to Gray Sales, Inc. - salesman will inspect at customer’s warehouse.
Elcoma
Defectives should be brought back to Gray Sales, Inc. - subject to inspection.
Good stock (in stock) 15% restock - subject to inspection.
Custom material is non-returnable.
Swanstone
If purchased from Gray Sales, Inc., does NOT get returned, the salesman will inspect and write up appropriate credit at customer’s warehouse.
Good stock, box in re-saleable condition (in stock) 15% restock - subject to inspection.
Non-defective (Not stocked) 25% restock plus the cost of sending it back to Swanstone - subject to inspection by Swanstone.
Fairmont
Contact Gray Sales, Inc. for proper procedure for defective material.
Items stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. with an unopened box are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All material not stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. are non cancelable, non returnable.

90 day return policy.
Sierra Copper
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of invoice date, and a 50% restocking fee after 30 days of invoice date.
Customer is responsible for return freight, and the safe return of merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition, if not additional fees will apply.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Toto
Gray Sales, Inc. will not take back any damaged, broken or cracked pieces. All Toto products are signed for upon leaving our warehouse as good condition.
Toto gives a five year residential/one year commercial warranty against manufacture’s defects. Bring any defective pieces back to Gray Sales, Inc. for inspection.
Stock material is subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Special order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable.
Toto’s customer service needs to be contacted to get a part replaced.
