Take Valley Forge Exit (#24) which is 76 East (Schuykill Expressway) to
Route 1 North (Roosevelt Blvd.)
At the 9th Street exit - when Roosevelt Blvd. Breaks into 2 sections of 3 lanes each (heading North) stay in outer lanes but do not get off onto 9th Street. Continue on exit &
