Return Policy
Basco
The below Basco products are eligible for credit...
Products stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. and in a sealed box, are subject to a 15% restocking and
handling charge.
Products stocked at Basco in a sealed carton with an "S" on the product label will receive credit based on the List Price shown on the label times a multiplier of .30.
Custom products with a "C" on the product label or any opened carton (uninstalled product)
will receive credit based on the list price shown on the label times a multiplier of .20.
Bertch Vanities
1. All good stock is non-cancellable and non-returnable
2. Any defective piece (purchased from Gray Sales,
Inc.) needs to come back to Gray Sales, Inc. within 30 days
from when we receive the material from Bertch.
Bootz
1. Do not bring back to Gray Sales, Inc. - appropriate rep
will inspect at customer.
S.O.S., and Cler'et
1. If purchased from Gray Sales, Inc., defectives should be
brought back- subject to inspection.
2. Good stock (in stock) 15% restock - subject to inspection.
Elcoma
1. Defectives should be brought back to Gray Sales, Inc. -
subject to inspection.
2. Good stock (in stock) 15% restock - subject to inspection.
3. Custom material is non-returnable.
Swanstone
1. If purchased from Gray Sales, Inc., defective fiberglass -
does NOT get returned, as respective salesman should inspect & write up
appropriate credit at customers.
2. If purchased from Gray Sales, Inc., defective Swanstone- to
be brought back -subject to inspection.
3. Good stock, box in re-saleable condition (in stock) 15%
restock - subject to inspection.
4. Non-defective (Not stocked) 25% restock plus the cost of
sending it back to Swanstone - subject to inspection by Swanstone
Fairmont
1. Contact Gray Sales, Inc. for proper procedure for defective
material.
2. Items stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. with an unopened box are subject to a 15%
restocking charge.
3. All material not stocked at Gray Sales, Inc. are non cancelable,
non returnable.
LeBijou
1. Merchandise cannot be returned to without written authorization of Le Bijou.
Items accepted for return may be subjected to a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for seeing that merchandise being returned is properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
2. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANY PAINTED ORDER BE CANCELED OR RETURNED
Rachiele
All returns must be approved by Rachiele, and must be shipped by an insured and traceable carrier.
Returns will be billed to the dealer and credited upon receipt and inspection.
Siro Designs
1. A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns.
Waterstone
1.– New, unused and sealed merchandise in its original packaging of
current design accepted by Waterstone for return is subject to a 35% restocking charge.
